We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel is perfectly close to everything - nightlife, Patong beach, and the bustling market. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we found them to be very nice, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always happy to offer information about the area and provide us with clean towels and water upon request. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the reliable wifi and the option to have a room with a balcony. we couldn't have asked for a better location and a more pleasant stay.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the fast and reliable wifi at the hotel. It was great to be able to stay connected and share my holiday moments with friends and family. The clean room was also a highlight, providing a comfortable and pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to vibrant nightlife and bustling shopping areas.
The noise level at night. As the hotel is located near bars, it can get quite loud, making it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

Great price - Good for party atmosphere. Practically on Banglar Rd.
Can be little noisy if your not partying all the time. But fair accommodation for the price

We felt very welcome. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is nice.
It is in a party area. Under our window was a food stall, so you heard and smelled it the whole night, up to 6 a.m. when it closes. You hear the other guests bringing Thai women in their rooms the whole night. Best time to sleep is between 6.30 a.m to 1 p.m., although you will wake up by the staff that has an argument around 7.30 a.m. only to recommend when you want to party all night, every night. No breakfast.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering its prime location near the bustling nightlife and beautiful Patong beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of during my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good standard bathroom that had all the basic amenities I needed. Additionally, the hotel offered a tasty breakfast that kept me satisfied for the day ahead.
No improvements needed, everything was just right.

location, cleanliness, housekeeping was done in the afternoon so you can sleep in after a late night!
I had the hotel send some clothes out for laundry which took 2 days to come back, even though it wasn't the hotel's fault, each time i asked where my laundry was (4 times) they didn't remember anything about me or my laundry or what room i was in. Also when i returned to the hotel and took my room key off the front desk, they didn't take much notice of what room i was in or what key i took.

The room was excellent. Staff was very helpful and ever smiling :-) Family Mart on the ground floor with all the things you could possibily need (hot chocolate/coffee/burger without having to pay through your nose at a restaurant)!! Also have lots of food for street food next to the hotel! Bangla road 2 minutes by walk. Beach road 4 minutes by walk! Jungceylon mall and shopping area 5 mins by walk! Big food bazaar right to Junceylon!! Muaaaahhhhh loved the convinence!!
The lobby is too small and the road in front is not in a good condition. Bathroom tiles could be cleaned better to remove the mould and it could be an excellent star hotel!!
